2. Artwork & Commissions

Commissioned pieces require clear communication of expectations, timelines, and pricing.
All artwork is created by Monique Vieira.
A non-refundable deposit may be required to begin a custom piece.
Final sales are non-refundable once a custom or original artwork has been approved and delivered.

3. Payment Terms

Payments for original or commissioned artwork must be made via the methods outlined at the time of purchase or agreement. Prices may be subject to change without notice but will always be confirmed before a purchase is finalized.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping details will be discussed and confirmed prior to purchase or commission delivery.
I take care to ensure your piece arrives safely; however, I’m not responsible for delays or damage caused by shipping providers.
For local deliveries or pickups, arrangements must be made directly.

All work shown on this website, including sculptures, mixed media art, text, and visuals, is the intellectual property of Monique Vieira and is protected by copyright law. You may not use, reproduce, or sell any part of this content without written permission.
